Refund Policy — Gatetrcandysho

1. Non-Returnable Goods

Cakes are perishable products, therefore not eligible for return once delivered or picked up.

2. Eligible Refund Cases

Refunds may be issued if:

• incorrect cake delivered
• cake severely damaged before receipt
• order never arrived
• major errors in design confirmed
• large quality issues proven

Customers must send photos within 30 minutes of delivery.

3. Cancellations

Cancellations accepted only if:

• order has not entered preparation stage
• custom cake design has not been started

Once baking or decoration begins, cancellation is not possible.

4. Refund Processing

Refunds may take 5–10 business days.
